Being new residents of Lakewood Ranch in Florida, we needed to furnish an entire house and were overwhelmed by the thought of working through the conceptual process, purchases and managing all of the interactions. We contacted Kari of Imprint Concepts, LLC and held an initial meeting where she listened to our thoughts, took notes, and provided many design concepts that worked with the style we had in mind. Kari took the initiative to research suppliers, manufacturers and service organizations to offer suggestions and best choices for the spaces within each room. Often, she would provide multiple design options based on our initial conversations, which broadened our overall thoughts on how our home could be completed. Kari met with us on a regular basis and developed an initial design presentation that provided a visual representation for each room concept. Kari supported decorative item, furniture and rug purchases. In between meetings she would keep in touch and in a highly organized manner, would provide updates on progress with ordering and expected delivery dates. Within the first month of our initial meeting over 80% of all items for our empty home were selected and ordered thanks to her diligence and strong organizational skills. Kari’s design expertise helped us eliminate costly mistakes and maximized our abilities to find and work with great industry furnishing manufacturers and distributors. She provided wood, leather and material samples to enable us to make the best selections with her thoughts and ideas included. Kari rocks. I came to her with a daunting request to take full ownership of the design and project management for a newly constructed home. This is my second home that Kari was the lead designer on successfully remodelling. In my first home the renovation encompassed a redesign of the entire house including the outdoor areas. Imprint Concepts, LLC (aka Kari Joaquin) is a competent designer who worked throughout the Covid-19 shutdown to truly come up with a superb workable design for my kitchen project. It took eleven optional designs to be tweaked before the final version was submitted to the kitchen cabinet manufacturer. Once the cabinets arrived, they fit to a "tee" all in accordance to her final design and the resulting kitchen is "over the top". Even more unbelievable, Kari designed this project without ever visiting the site, for two reasons; one, because of the pandemic shutdown and the second because we live 1,500 miles apart, so when I say she did an amazing job at visualizing my ideas, researching materials and offering optional suggestions for "unworkables", I was amazed how she could "see" what look I was striving for and was "right in my head".
